John was commissioned to be FSBC's lead pastor on April 11, 2021. During the time of pastoral transition, he faithfully served as Associate Pastor beginning in January 2020.
John holds a Masters of Religious education from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, Missouri. He has been in vocational ministry since college, teaching and serving in a variety of leadership roles.
When you get to know John you will realize his passion for God’s word, as well as his sense of humor, love of sports, and people.

Associate Pastor Vincent began serving as FSBC’s Pastor Intern late in 2020. He and his wife Amber have been faithful members of the church for the past 3 years. They have a son, Michael, and a daughter, Mary. Vincent is currently nearing completion of his Bachelor's Degree at Liberty University and will continue with his Master’s at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

KT is faithful and gifted in the ministry the Lord has given him. The Lord has used him greatly to enhance our worship services through song and music. We utilize the best of both traditional and contemporary styles. All of what we sing teach us Biblical truths which leads us into worship.
Secretary
Millie Bailey
Although born in Page, Arizona, Millie came to St. George at such a young age that she is practically a native. In her later teens, Millie traveled to the Philippines twice on mission trips. She has been a member of First Southern since 2018 and met and married Glenn Bailey, our keyboardist, here. The church brought her onto staff as the secretary in August 2020.
